Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club (TBGCC) is a 55+ resort style, gated golf community of single family homes located in
San Antonio, in Northeast Pasco County, Florida.
Our Tampa area community offers amazing lifestyle amenities in a stylish country club setting. The location is approximately 40 minutes from the Tampa International Airport, 30 minutes from downtown Tampa, and approximately an hours’ drive to the beaches.
Within TBGCC you will find an 18 hole championship golf course and a 9-hole executive course. The focal point of Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club is our 15,000 square-foot clubhouse. Members have access to a fitness center, a full library, card/activity rooms, Internet and WIFI access, tennis & pickle ball courts, two swimming pools and two doggie parks. The community also boasts a restaurant, grill room and pub all open to the public, along with banquet facilities.
Pelican Strand is one of 10 sub-communities within the master community of TBGCC. We are the newest and the second largest of the sub-communities, with single family homes totaling 255.
The Pelican Strand Homeowners Association, Inc. was established in March 2015 and currently operates under the guidance of a Board of Directors, elected by the homeowners, and consists of four officers, a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and a Director-at-Large.
There are also several committees, made-up of resident volunteers graciously offering their time and experience. These committees report directly to the Pelican Strand Board of Directors, with specific goals to enhance the lifestyle experiences of our homeowners.

Our Community Center offers room for parties and meetings, as well as a billiard room. Providing full service to our residents, the clubhouse is staffed with front desk personnel and an
on-site manager, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
