Architectural Control Committee

The ACC (Architectural Control Committee) is comprised of volunteer Pelican Strand residents. We are charged by the Board of Directors to verify that Pelican Strand homes and grounds are maintained in a condition of high standards and aesthetic beauty. This is accomplished by requiring all residents, wishing to make any changes to the exterior appearance of their home, to complete an “Architectural Application”.  The committee then reviews the requested changes, following the guidelines of the Pelican Strand Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. 

The ACC can receive, review, approve or deny and complete the process via electronic means; reducing the time and cost required for ACC approvals.

Please remember that any and all changes made to the exterior of your home requires receiving advanced approval from the Architectural Control Committee. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any ACC member for clarification.
